July 21-24-Full Band Camp-8:00am-5:00pm
-Attendance at All camps is required for membership in the Pride of Pike County Band
-Bring: Snacks, Water/sports drink, A full change of clothes everyday (all students will be issued a locker)
-Students will need to bring lunch daily
-Wear: Shorts, t-shirt, Low cut Athletic style shoes with socks. No one will be allowed on the field without proper shoes and socks. Vans, Converse, Jordans or any flat soled shoe will cause issues. Hat, sunglasses, bring sunscreen.
Shoe Day: A specific Uniformed shoe is required for all incoming freshmen and new students. The show company will be at the band hall to size students on July 22 at 11:30. I will send an update on the price of the shoes once I receive that information. This is the only time you will be sized for the required shoe so please plan accordingly.
All returning upperclassmen will purchase new shoes if needed on this day as well.
-Uniform fitting will be July 23 during camp.
-Communication with the band directors is required. If you're sick, you must contact a band director to let them know you will be absent.
-Daily Drop off will be in the student parking lot.
-Please pick up students promptly by 5:00 each day.
-Athletic Physicals are required for membership in the band program. Please have a physical in hand or on file with the school district before camp starts. Students will not be able to participate until they have a physical.
